Production workflow

Step 1　｜Receipt of raw material

Stainless steel piping, raw wire, plastic components, and packaging materials are delivered by our suppliers.

Step 2　｜Cannula production

Stainless steel piping is ground into needles, with precision and quality strictly overseen by skilled staff onsite.

Step 3　｜Inspection

Ground needles and other components are inspected mechanically and visually.

Step 4　｜Assembly

Assembly is performed in clean(CLASS 10000) rooms. Manual assembly of a small number of components for a wide variety of products requires numerous experienced assembly staff. The production process is continually updated, and the cell production method is currently the norm.

Step 5　｜Packaging

Finished products are packaged in sterilization pouches.

Step 6　｜Sterilization

Sterilization with ethylene oxide gas (EOG) is performed to ensure absolute product purity.
